I've been a patient here for about 2 years now and it's a great practice! There's a sedation / anxiety dental practice and it's fantastic! I have a vicious gag-reflex and a fair amount of anxiety relating to that... This dental practice understands the struggle and does their best to make my visits as non-traumatic as possible. My standing orders are to use sedation on **EVERY** appointment, and for the first time in my life, coming to the dentist isn't such a big deal.
The hygienists are great, I haven't been scolded or lectured, nor have they ripped my gums apart. They also can accommodate requests to make the ordeal easier -- "Please don't jab the suction-straw-thing against the back of my tongue, it makes this 1000% more stressful."
Overall, I don't feel like they've done any unnecessary dental repairs and I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone. If you need sedation for a simple cleaning / exam, then so be it. Nobody has judged me for it and they're just glad that I'm trying to take care of my mouth. 5 out of 5 stars, I couldn't be happier! Thanks!

My mother, a dementia patient who has also needed pretty extensive dental work, has received the most excellent care at Valley Dental. All of the staff we have worked with have exceeded my expectations not only for her dental care needs, but also with very sensitive, respectful and kind treatment in working with her needs as a dementia patient (and my needs as her caregiver). They have been continually on the task of ongoing problem-solving as her condition progresses, creatively coming up with ideas to best serve her with the big picture of her overall care situation in mind.

Valley Dental Group has been great to go with and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always easy to schedule around my busy schedule, friendly staff, and and they do good work. From cleanup to cavities to root canals (all of which I've had done there) they can do it all!

Overall good customer service. But they did charged a $10 COVID fee stating that this is something they do and most insurance companies cover it. After talking to my insurance company I found out that they are not allowed to charge it as it should be part of the service they provide to their contracted insurance in-network patients. I just don't have the time to go through the appeal and grievance processes for $10. But just as FYI for anyone else who is reading this and is in-network patients don't pay it. Or at least contact your insurance company first for additional information before paying it.

Doctor Jordan and Doctor Gerstner are some of the best you’ll find. They do amazing work and are worth every penny. I’ve recommended numerous friends to these guys and everyone that went told me they lived up to the hype. Jordan in particular is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Bar none. Patient for life.
