No one else that I called would respond. They helped me get through the weekend, checking on important issues like what meds I was currently on so they could provide safe advice. I love that they take the time to have a consultation after your first appointment and talk about everything including pricing, goals etc and they always remember your name! It was also a great surprise when I came in for a cleaning and everyone congratulated me on my recent wedding (mentioned during a previous appointment). Grand Rapids Dental Care is truly family oriented.

This was my 1st visit to GR Dental. I had Dr. Rachel for my dentist. She took the time with me to discuss my concerns, and followed through with what I had requested. She was very gentle, and kept me informed of all she was doing. Dr. Rachel also showed me the visual on a screen on the ceiling. I would highly recommend Dr. Rachel. She made my experience comfortable, and explained every procedure before she performed them. I felt very comfortable there.

Dr. Rachel was very considerate and gentle with me as a patient she asked me if I had any concerns or questions. I was very pleased how thorough they run their dental office and are able to take pictures while you are there to see different issues in your mouth.
I definitely rated them a five and that’s only because that’s as far as the stars go, I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.
