I had recently switched to Lakeview Family Dentistry, and for my first appointment it was just a routine cleaning. The hospitality was top notch. I work construction, and kind of called in last minute and they had gotten me in! My cleaning went great! I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best cleanings I have had. Also, the front desk didn't pressure me to schedule my next visit, especially since I never know mine. This place is great! The word "Family" suits this Dentistry perfectly!

Dr. Carrell is the best. He is great at making you feel comfortable about any procedure. I have had an extensive amount of work done in my mouth and have not felt like he didn't know what he was doing. One of his staff members however, is not professional at all. She made me feel like my questions are stupid and was very rude on several occasions. She acts like she is the cats meow when in fact, she should probably go back to school to learn how to treat people. She was very short with me and I really do not appreciate her demeanor. The rest of their staff members are very kind and helpfull.
