I have nothing but great things to say about this Dental Clinic. Dr. Carrell really cares about his patients, he was nothing but kind during my recent procedure. I was very nervous! He made sure I was ok through out the whole time. His team seems to work very well together and are all very knowledgeable with the work they do. I will never goto a different dental clinic and I’m so happy I found a great one!!

My husband and I highly recommend Lakeview Famy Dentistry in HUGO! Having moved to Hugo from NW Illinois several months ago, we chose Lakeview because of a card we received in the mail. When we called the receptionist was pleasant and very friendly. Our appointments were easily set up, reminders were sent, staff was great and follow up was done. One of the best dental experiences we have had.

Have been a patient/client of Lakeview since the early 2000s. The hygienist are skilled, professional, and courteous. Dr. Andrew Carol has performed a few procedures on my teeth. He has monitored the issues over time, and correctly chosen if/when to perform a repair. Each procedure has been successful, and he and his staff have been aware of my special-needs because of my spinal cord injury, and have done their best to keep me comfortable. They have a beautiful office with clean and well organized suites and waiting room. They seem to be very well equipped and keep up with current trends. I enjoy their beautiful view of egg lake.

Visited the office again today (March 19) for an appointment with Jen, my new hygienist. Once again, it was a very pleasant experience. Jen was great! All of the office staff are so warm and friendly, and I am very impressed with Dr. Carrell. Would definitely recommend Lakeview Family Dentistry in Hugo.
Visited the office again on April 4 to have a temporary crown removed and my permanent one placed. This visit Shelley assisted Dr. Carrell. Once again, I was very pleased with the experience and with Shelley. Did not mention Lizzie in a previous review when I had work done to remove my old crown and prepare for a new one...not one of my favorite things to do from previous experience at another dental office. Both Dr. Carrell and Lizzie were great and made it more relaxing for me. In my opinion, Dr. Carrell and all of his staff are amazing! Once again, love the "hometown" feel of the Lakeview Family Dentistry office in Hugo and would most definitely recommend it to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Lakeview. Dr. Drew filled a cavity and has a gentle chair side manner. All of the staff is wonderful to work with. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental office that exceeds ALL expectations. Do not hesitate to make the switch! I’ll be back for my crown next month.

As a new patient I was treated with courtesy- kept up to date regarding my appointment. Jen was incredibly professional! Dr. Carrell was very thorough and explained things in terms I understood. I wasn’t rushed; they focused on me as the patient. I highly recommend.

My family has been going to Lakeview Family Dentistry for about 19 years. Dr. Carrell is an amazing dentist and has such genuine concern for his patients. Over the past 19 years the entire staff has been absolutely wonderful, but this past year they have gone above and beyond helping me to navigate an insurance issue from a procedure for my son.
