I called to make an appointment since my friend came here not long ago and has same insurance as I do. When making an appointment I was told that they seeing patients. Front desk lady seemed very cold when making an appointment like she was not wanting to help me. Didn’t get a good feeling thought she might be having a bad day. When I get offered a day and time then get asked what insurance I have I told them what I have and then get told that there not taking any new patients and that they will put me on a wait list. “What” first my friend came in last week and then I call and get told they taking new patients and then asked what insurance then be told “no we have a waiting list for the type of insurance” Seems like they picking and choosing who they want to see, that’s not right definitely won’t be coming here. Seem to care about specific patients and choose who they want to see and bill for.

Dr. Carrell is the best! I had some bad dental work done at another dentist and he did a great job correcting what was done. He worked with me to make sure I didn't feel pain and he was super gentle. You can can tell he really cares about you as a patient. The hygenist I had (Kathy) was just as great. I have the utmost confidence in the team at Lakeview Dental and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be bringing my 3 year old daughter in next!

I have been a patient at Lakeview Family Dentistry since I moved to Hugo, about five years ago. They helped me with some problem teeth which changed my confidence dramatically. My dental hygienist is the best! So quick , yet thorough, always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I don't get done with work until 2:00 p.m. and she has always let me keep my 2:00 appointments even though I will not get there until 2:10. When my hours changed to 2:15 she still let's me keep my 2:00 appointments, which is totally awesome! And unheard-of these days. I love this dental office!
