If I could rate them 10 out of 5 I would...everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and assistant and of course Dr Ulstad are fantastic!!!! We all LOVE going to the dentist...even our 3 children have had zero complaints of going. Thanks so much for the years of superior service! Madison Dental Clinic is the BEST!!!

The policies that this place has are there for a reason i understand that, but for an issue that happened over 15 years ago and you will not see someone because of it are wrong, people change and life goes on, it wouldnt hurt you to give someone a second chance....
