I’ve been an Aspen Dental patient for a few months now and both of my experiences have been great. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Aspen Dental was a very great dentist to go to! I had a broken, infected tooth and they took amazing care of me! They did x-ray's, assessed my teeth and gums and they ended up extracting that tooth the same day!!! it was fast and painless! The staff were very friendly and caring! Probably the best dental experience I've ever had!

I’d like to express my thanks to the Aspen Dental Mankato office. I had a follow up exam from a recent surgery and the dentist and nurse were extremely thorough in explaining my current situation with my teeth. Having that peace of mind helped me manage my discomfort from current oral infection. I realized from this follow up that the entire team is committed to your care in their busy environment. I’d like to give a special thanks to the gal (office manager I believe) that called me for the follow up, the very friendly and kind front desk receptionist, Dr Islam and his nurse. It is easy when we are in discomfort to make the wrong judgement about a service provider. Keep in mind Aspen cares for a lot of patients and performs many difficult procedures each day. It was reassuring the team allowed me to have a no cost follow up to ensure I had the answers I needed. Many thanks….

Lack of communication. They wasted my time and gas. I drove an hour to make an appointment and pay because that’s what they asked me to do. Then, deny me to schedule an appointment. I can’t believe they made me follow all this steps for no reason. Different people were giving me different instructions.

I had a Molar removed due to it causing much pain. I had Dr. McDonnell, he was ok. He kept talking during my procedure which made me feel a little less nervous and I felt no pain. He did ok, the part that seemed a little odd to me was the tools were not in the best condition coming from what I kept hearing during the extraction (ex. This tool is bent, this tool is too big and not useable) It scared me a bit hearing those things due to just thinking something would go wrong with using these tools. Also I was the one who had to keep my mouth open during the whole 45min procedure (shouldn't they put those mouth expanders on?) I unfortunately had to go here because it was the cheapest option and I do think I got the cheapest kind of care lol. Also after the whole thing was over with I was just given a care sheet. I wasn't in full depth explained how to deal with after care. (like they didn't tell me to rinse my mouth with water/mouthwash after every meal because it could cause infection.) It was those little thing that caused my worries during the procedure. If some one asked me to rate the costumer service from 1-10 id say 9 because they were kind and helpful. But if it was for the procedure and after care id say 5. It is the cheapest option you'll find in town and completely understand why that would effect the whole quality of procedure. Pleased to say I'm ok and satisfied my painful tooth is gone. So thank you Dr.McDonnell and Aspen Dental in Mankato. :)

They offered the best customer service experience I have had anywhere, ever. Their teamwork is spot on and it shows. My hygienist, Gwen, the best!! She has a great sense of humor and she is very knowledgeable. I don't like the dentist much but I actually look forward to my next cleaning. Thank you team for being so kind!

I scheduled new patient online. I got an appointment quickly and the time that worked. Paper work for new patients was easy to do. Every single person that assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable and supportive with explaining every step through the appointment. Affordable options available as well.
