Dr. Pooley and his wonderful staff have helped our family tremendously and we are forever grateful. Their expertise, knowledge and down to earth nature are so appreciated. We actually don’t mind coming to the dentist because it is such a easy experience.

I have anxiety and there for had not been to a dentist for a decade. But the staff was very gentle and understanding. I will be coming back for regular visit thanks to a carrying and compassionate staff.

These guys have SO many options to fit your needs and they really care about you as an individual. They will go above and beyond your normal dentist to make sure you are comfortable and are able to easily make your appointments. If you're looking for a dentist, make sure to give these guys a call. I've been to River Valley Dental several times and they're always very thorough with the work they do. Lindsey did my cleaning and made sure that I was satisfied with the work she had done. Following that Dr. Pooley stopped by to double check that everything was good and that they'd done a thorough job. Lastly, Erin made sure I was able to get into a future appointment at a time that works best for me. Overall, they're a great group and I really enjoy the service!

the hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, checking my gums and polishing them up. The dentist did a good checkup and I was on my way. Made another appointment in 6 months.

I have been going to RV Dental for several years. Today's experience was just a great as all of those prior. Dr. Poole and his staff are all very professional, personable and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The main doctor was mean when I asked him about some stain in my teeth due to a mouth wash recommended. He got mad and scratched off the stain with his tool leaving my front teeth with a scratched surface where the stain was.

I believe this is s very unethical dentist. And should not be allowed to practice dentistry.

I recently entrusted the team at River Valley Dental with a very complex and personal treatment and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I was provided. I am someone who normally has anxiety when it comes to dental work but they always made me feel very comfortable and explained each step they took. I had veneers put in about a month ago and I literally cannot stop smiling. They did very beautiful work. They were attentive to my needs and questions between each treatment in the process as well. I also received a discounted rate for taking photos for advertisement purposes. RVD payed for me to have my hair and makeup done prior to the shoot which was a treat! I would recommend Dr. Pooley and his staff at RVD for any of your dental needs!

I have always dreamt of getting veneers due to a few teeth I’m the front of my smile being set back making every picture I took look like I was missing teeth therefore making me quite self conscious of ever smiling a big happy beautiful smile. While living back home in Minnesota for some time I decided to finally go for it and had known of river valley dental through family and friends in the area so I took the plunge and was beyond blown away by my entire experience. Dr. Pooley is a perfectionist who did amazing work and I get tons of compliments on my smile that I know show loud and proud everyday all day boosting my confidence high into the sky. He and all the staff also made me feel very comfortable yet everyone is very professional and catered to each and every question or need I had. I had had a few consultations throughout the years with cosmetic dentist in Beverly Hills and Chicago but never felt fully comfortable in their offices so I’m so glad I chose River Valley Dental. They couldn’t possibly have made the entire experience and after care questions etc any better plus my veneers are phenomenal and perfect. I would tell anyone I know who was liking to get veneers to go to Dr. Pooley and even jsit for basic dental care needs. They have all the top of the line new and best equipment and the best staff as well. I cannot thank everyone there enough for basically changing my life for the very best and providing me with a smile I could never have even imagined possible!

The staff are wonderful to work with. I really enjoy working with Tamara the hygienist. She is very thorough, gentle and does a great job! She took time to understand our dental health needs and gave advice to help encourage our toddlers to practice dental health as well. The practice feels very clean and up to date.
