Brook West Family Dentistry - Maple Grove

I found Brook West after trying two other dental offices in Maple Grove. I have continued to be impressed with their professionalism, candor and dental work. The staff is fantastic! They have always very accommodating. Dr. Barsky and Anna G have done excellent work on my fillings, crowns and even got me in for an emergency appointment right before Christmas to fix a painful tooth!! Overall, the experience here is always positive and that is no small task for a dentist office. My wife, children and in-laws come to this office and I have recommended neighbors and friends here also! Good people doing great work. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the service and care my family and I have experienced at Brook West Family Dentistry - from great customer service, to showing an immense amount of care and expertise Dr. Barsky and his team are so very knowledgeable, thorough and precise with their diagnosis and formulation of a treatment plan and schedule. His dental assistants Shauna and Anna showed great skill and care during every visit. And how often are you greeted at the front-desk in your dentist's office by your first name! - David at the front-desk offered personalized customer service and would diligently follow-up as promised.

Dr. Barsky is a wonderful dentist! Supported by his talented and caring crew of dental hygienist and dental assistants, they always make my experiences swift and comforting! The environment is stress-free with an emphasis on the patients (I have lovely conversations with everyone!) and education to prevent cavities and decay. Furthermore, the front desk is always ready to help! On top of it in reminding one about their appointment, obtaining estimated costs, as well as scheduling and rescheduling ones appointment. Thanks to them I have been able to improve the health of my beautiful teeth—one brushing and flossing session at a time!

Easily one of the best dental clinics I have been to. The staff are great, warm, welcoming and very professional and knowledgeable. Had a fantastic teeth cleaning experience with G. I highly recommend this clinic, especially those who are nervous about being in a dentist chair- they make you feel comfortable and less anxious.

I have never written a review of anything my entire life, but I just HAD to write about my visit to Brooke West Family Dentistry; I have always had a phobia of dentists so I tried several dentists in Minnesota and Brooke West is by far the best. I was treated by Dr. Sammy Gueringer and Lisa, and they instantly made me feel calm and in good hands. Unlike many other places which just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible, Dr Sammy and his team took their time and put my concerns first. I am very pleased with my smile journey and will definitely make this my permeant dentist. Thank you Dr Sammy and team for the great work and looking forward to my next appointment.

They took awesome care of my daughter!!! Very, very clean dentist office. Our family will be coming here from now on!!! It's such a classy atmosphere here. Very pretty dentist office. Love how she explained everything to my 10 yr old daughter. She made her feel special. Cindie was so sweet! I love Lori at the front desk absolutely a sweetheart also. Dr. Gueringer is AMAZING!!!! Can't tell you enough great things about him. He explains everything to you, I've been to a lot of Dentist in the past. #1 Dentist in my opinion for sure. Everyone here is so nice! Every time I go to Brookwest, it’s always been great. Dr. Barsky and his team are amazing. He really listens to you and explains everything beforehand. He would check on you during procedures to make sure you’re doing ok and take little breaks if needed. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you!
