Gentle Dentistry – New Hope Quebec Office

I absolutely LOVE this office! I can be dramatic sometimes (as most of us can be when it comes to your face) Everyone is so kind, pleasant to be around, the hire interpreters if you need it, I see kids not scared because the staff is that great. I really love how when I come in, they know me and they really love what they do. You can just feel a happy staff. So gentle too! Guess it’s in the name! Love this place! 💖

I haven’t ever seen anyone so good with kids. They let my four year old look at all the tools and learn about them to take away the unknown aspect of going to the dentist. The biggest thing she was nervous or anxious about was all the tools- once she was able to learn about them and feel comfortable the appointment was a breeze. She was treated with the best care and did so well! Lifelong clients were made today. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are thinking of bringing your CHILDREN here, do NOT. They do not care to make the child comfortable, they just expect a four year old to lay back and be okay with her teeth getting poked.. the last dentist we went too(different location) was super nice, calm and respectful, they explained what they had to do, counted her teeth ect, and my daughter did GREAT.
THIS location was rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. When the woman came out to walk us back my daughter had said she was nervous and the woman made a comment to the front desk loud and clear “Well this is going to be fun” in a slick tone. That’s how we were greeted.. when we sat down she didn’t introduce herself to my child or myself, barely acknowledged her, had her lay back and put the nitrous mask on her, when my daughter was uncomfortable they completely decided to just give up, said they won’t treat her and that she needs to be put under. They didn’t even try. They saw a four year old and simply didn’t want to deal with attempting to make her feel calm and comfortable in a brand new environment. After refusing to do the fill, they explained they could add something to her teeth to stop the cavities, so I opted for that, I said loud and clear “let’s go with that option then” and instead of doing that, they walked out and came back with a referral AGAIN(when we were already referred to them) , and disregarded that we chose to do what she offered.. ? I will be updating this review with the names of the dentist and assistant.
Do not bring your babies here!

Glad to have finally found a place that's good for me and my anxiety! I feel at ease and I trust the care that is being provided to me. My dentist is the best! and that makes it easier for me to finally look forward to a dental visit! Before I would be filled with anxiety and dreading a trip to any dental office. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry from my own personal experience. Thank you!

Friendly staff and was treated good. I haven't been to the dentist in a while and the dental assistant took her time to make sure to get a great cleaning done. I also took my children, and they did great with them as well. Overall, I would say this a nice clinic.

I’ve been coming to Gentle Dentistry at the New Hope Quebec location for a few years now. Every time I am pleased with the services. Today, Nicole gave me my biannual teeth cleaning. She was very pleasant, quick, and efficient. I appreciate her and everyone at the clinic that always makes my visits good ones!

Staff was friendly and addressed me within walking through the door and I was checked in and back for the exam in the most timely fashion I have personally ever experienced. The office manager was on top of my estimated costs and explaining the quote for my understanding. No surprise additional charges. Was able to schedule next appointment before leaving clinic. My only complaint would be that I was sent home with instructions for dentures however I only had a tooth extraction. I called and asked for them to email me tooth extraction instructions but I’m still waiting on that email. Every staff member I had contact with from the dentist to his assistant to the hygienist front desk staff and managers you guys rock you know how to run your business. Good job I work for New Kingdom Healthcare and we frequently refer patients to you. Your kindness and gentleness is welcomed and appreciated

Great experience at this dentist. It's been awhile since I've been to the dentist and I had to get a wisdom tooth extracted and I suffer from bad anxiety so I was very nervous and anxious at first. However, the dentist, Dr. Alba Bilani, did a great job of calming me down and reassuring me that everything would be fine. She was very skilled and pulled my tooth in under a couple minutes. I didn't feel anything. I've had a tooth pulled before and she was way better than my previous dentist.

The hygienist and dentist at this location are always kind and offer full explanations of whatever they find or see. I find it unfortunate though that every time I go, I have a different hygienist. Which means I have to explain to someone new again that I can’t stand the pics, I need the water jet pick to clean my teeth. Also on this last trip, the hygienist, although very kind and nice and did a good job in the cleaning, was pretty rough using the floss. One other thing, I would really just like the place to be cleaned up a little bit better. I know this is a high-volume dentist office, but maybe some new paint and Updating the decor and doing some deep cleaning would really make the place look better.

Dentist and Assistants were very nice and gentle. I’m a new patient got in right away. Dentist took out time and repaired my tooth without me having to make another appointment. I felt really comfortable and will be returning.
