Medical Assistance patients watch out! They are just not interested in helping individuals with MA, because this insurance does not pay out as much as private insurance. This was more than clear to me. Besides that, admin made a critical error in scheduling a 30 min appointment instead of a 2 hour appointment, so I was unable to get care that day for an excruciatingly painful tooth. Alba Balina was clearly more interested in profits than in providing customer care, which was surprising after having such a good experience at a different location of Gentle Dentistry, Cottage Grove.
I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. Hopefully, Alba Balina can learn from this experience, and no longer treat patients with MA so poorly, and instead provide critical treatment when needed with at least a proficient level of patient care. That is my hope.

I just had a molar pulled by Dr. Alba Bilani with the help of her technician Connie. Let me tell you, I have anxiety and I am afraid to have a procedure like this done even though the Novocain takes away the pain. However, with Connie's ability to carry on a great conversation and her personable nature, I was put at ease. Dr. Bilani knows I have anxiety and checked with me before she began. They explained the procedure, and let me know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Bilani as well as any technician at Gentle Dentistry. Everyone there is always sweet and pleasant.

I cannot say how impressed and pleased I am of gentle dentistry Quebec!! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! Dr.Bilani and her amazing staff, Alison and Shay, were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I had never experienced at a dentist before. I cannot thank them enough! I am always very anxious at the dentist and Dr.Bilani did a great job in making me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I had a filling and she made it look like the adjacent tooth and you wouldn't even know that there was a cavity there! So please don't listen to all the bad reviews on here because I've looked at them and trust me they are far far from the truth. This place is great I would highly recommend them!!!!!
