Dr. Rizvi is outstanding. He has a super friendly caring demeanor that puts the patient immediately at ease. He does excellent work. He is meticulous and explains everything. The office is serene, clean, and well run. Our family has been going to Dr. Rizvi for many years - he and his hygienists (Karen is great!) always do a super job. I highly recommend Dr. Rizvi and Dentistry by Design.

Company is a scam. Got a second opinion. They lied about my dental needs. Money hungry, and preying on those who are vulnerable and don’t know any better. Get a second opinion first.

I just had my first experience at Dentistry By Design. I had an urgent dental issue and everyone, from the receptionist, benefits coordinator, hygienist, to Dr Rizvi treated me with the utmost care and respect. My experience was unlike any other I have had in the past. They were refreshingly transparent regarding costs by verifing my benefits before the proceedure and Dr Rizvi went above and beyond to ensure I received the highest level of service. Trash company.
I’m still angry a year later.
They called me the day before my appointment telling me to bring 400-1000$ the next day. And when I said I couldn’t do that on a days notice they said it would be 500$ to cancel the appointment, 250$ per hour.
After this horrible experience I posted a bad review, but the poor dental work they did, shattered a week later.
I tried to come back in since it had a warranty, and they called and made me take down my review in order to have the tooth fixed. Even offered a Starbucks gift card they never sent.
The manager wouldn’t even meet with me when I was there for my appointment.

Amazing experience with Dr. Rizvi and the staff, have always been the number one choice for our family. Dr. Rizvi on my first visit cleaning visit acknowledged my teeth grinding issue and diagnosed it being caused by my bite and needed further attention from an orthodontist.
I was able to get braces and avoid a jaw surgery, which I would have needed in the future.

I also have had Dr. Rizvi help me restore my smile back after a sport incident where I chipped my front tooth, I called and booked an appointment with Dr. Rizvi and within no time he was able to get my smile back but he also made it even better than what it was.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rizvi, he makes you feel comfortable while working in your mouth and keeps you part of the process (telling you exactly what's going to happen next and what you are going to feel). He has very gentle hands, has a calm and kind demeanor and a great personality.

I never thought I'd look forward to the next time I get to go to my dentist!! These people are seriously great. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Rizvi will make you feel like you've been coming here for your whole life. Just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and it could not have gone more smoothly... I've also had several great experiences with cosmetic fixes here too. Thanks for caring about my smile - I always leave here with one! Five stars! :)

I highly recommend Dentistry by Design for a few reasons. My smile was always something I hid. After working closely with Dr. Rizvi and his talented team, I smile literally all the time! And I'm proud of my smile. It is also a very relaxing, calm atmosphere!
