I had a great experience at my semi-annual cleaning and check-up dental appointment today. I was greeted by friendly staff, Debra when I arrived. The front reception area was nicely decorated for the holidays with a fireplace making it very warm and cozy on a chilly winter morning. My dental hygienist, Krissy and Dr. Biorn were excellent and answered all my questions. I appreciate all the extra efforts this year that Johanna made to submit and verify insurance coverage for needed dental work. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Monticello Family Dentistry is the best!

Highly recommend coming here I personally love my Hygienist. All the staff are so friendly and kind. They also play great music, they have something everyone would like. They also have awesome prizes for the kiddos. Definitely come get your teeth cleaned here.

We love the staff and dentists. Everyone is so friendly even the staff at the desk when you come in. Our daughter is 3 and they made her first very fun and comfortable. She’s not afraid of the dentist anymore!

If you want an in and out, quick appointment or short notice, this is the place to go. Also this place is not "family" like or welcoming in my multiple experiences. From the front office to the back, every person made me uncomfortable and feel bad about my teeth etc. Also dealing with insurance and paying is a hassle. They have poor communication.
