I called this place and they not only cancel my appointments and I waited 3 months prior but they told me that they don’t accept the states insurance AND I was inactive since 2020! It was covid. Who wants to go any where? The front office told me 2 different things and pointed fingers at me telling me that it is my fault that I never receive a text message or a phone call. Horrible service and I cannot believe what they were telling me. I am so upset that I am shaking. I called and waited for 3 months. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, 2 different people telling me two different things! And the lady in the front hung up on me. This office has no respect and I will never come here again. If this is how I am going to be tried then I rather find somewhere else. If I had a choice for no stars, I would not give them any stars. I am not only disappointed but I am upset this use to be my childhood dentistry. I can’t say the same for my daughter.

Just switched to Monticello Family Dentistry this year and I am so glad I did, they are very friendly and helpful! Megan was my dental hygienist and she was great! I got a filling fixed and it was super fast and well done!

We have been going to monticello family dentistry since we moved to Monticello. My whole family loves it here. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. They work with you for payments and are affordable. We will never go anywhere else. Recently I had a tooth ache and they got me in 2 hours later. I was so grateful.

As much as I don't like paying for expensive dental work, I cant base my reviews on this. :) Monticello Family Dentistry has always been flexible, accommodating and professional. Its hard to beat there practices before and after appointments. I recommend Dr. Bjorn as he has been my dentist for several years and he does a great job. Keep up the good work guys/gals!

I've gone to this clinic for approx. 10 years and they have reliably provided quality care for me at all levels. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, hygienists are professional and efficient, and all of their dentists are extremely responsive and great at what they do. I've stuck with them despite my moving several times because of the service that they've provided. I appreciate all that they do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
