My family had been going to them for years with no issues. In the last couple years something seemed to change and it seemed like we could not have a cleaning without reported cavities. My son would comment that his teeth didn't hurt and didn't believe he had cavities. For another year we came back every 6 months, next time there were x-rays, there were more cavities. The last straw was August of 2017 when 3 of us went in and they said between the 3 of us, there were 16 - SIXTEEN - cavities and they wanted me to set up a schedule for the treatment plan. I was floored. I knew I would not be going back and it took me 10 months before I finally had the nerve to try another place. (Yes, I had the mom guilt because, "WHAT IF I'm ruining their teeth" by not going back in sooner?) We went to a different location and between the 3 of us, 2 of us did NOT have ANY cavities, and the 3rd one had 3. (Six less than Monticello Family Dental originally said this child had.)
Needless to say, they lost all of my trust and I would caution ANYONE bringing their family here as you will likely get unnecessary treatment.

I have to update because I've had an issue with what we lovingly called a FOOD TRAP!! no matter what I ate I had to find a way to get it out from where it stuck!! So irritating!!
You all fixed that on Tuesday and today I enjoyed an apple and popcorn!! It was AMAZING!!! and you worked so patiently with me due to my TMJ limitations!!!!
