Would like to start out by saying I've experienced poor service by other medical providers in the dental industry, and all human beings at this facility do not fit into that category. They treat you as the individual who you are- with respect. Everyone whom I've interacted with in this institution looks you in the eyes, hold no punches (they give news to you straight), and ALWAYS looks out for YOUR best interests, which they take the time to learn. I'm not an actor or affiliated with West Dental but I do recommend this practice. Thank you West Lake for working with me! (I hope the employees will here this; i went in today & the whole company was in a meeting, and all i saw was a bunch of awesome people ready to help all who came into their doors!)

West Lake Dentistry has always been fully professional in accuracy of insurance vs my out of pocket expenses - a very helpful tool in estimating my limit per year for dentistry.
I have found the entire staff, from front desk to the dentist pros - delightful & informative in a way I can understand. I have been given options, which procedure is at the top of the list & which ones can wait. I can't say enough about the service I receive from the entire team. I recommend West Lake Dentistry to everyone I know.

All of the staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating. They are upfront and honest about what their services are going to cost and make sure the procedures they perform make sense to you. The Dentists are very patient and skilled when performing their work. I don't like going to the Dentist but feel at ease here.

Best Dentists Ever! From the moment you walk in the door, you notice, these guys are different. Top Notch office, equipment, and people. They made it easy for my family of 6 to become new customers. One can reasonably expect good care, friendliness, and professional expertise, but when moving into the areas of uncertainty, when the diagnosis or condition is not clear, and there's a need to explore the options of what to do next, that's when the quality of help is tested, and trust is important. The folks at West Lakes Dentistry have passed the test, and have my trust.

I am a new patient of West Lakes Dentistry and couldn't be more happy with the professionalism, service and attitude of both dentists and staff., especially the Hygenist Taylor. Prices are competitive and office is nice and clean.

I recently moved to the area and recieved a mailer. I was pleasantly surprised by how AMAZING the front staff were. The hygentist Mackenzie was thorough, knowledgeable and gave helpful advice for home teeth & gum care. This dental office is spectacular I will recommend them to all my neighbors!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They accommodated my fiance and I moving a couple appointments around to fall on the same day, so we could come in together. Love the TV's on the ceiling - makes coming in a bit more enjoyable.

West Lakes Dentistry makes it easier to schedule my family for appointments with their email reminders and followups. Plus my husband and daughters like their dentist and hygienists so they don't complain about going. Thorough checkups and great customer service take the pain out of going to the dentist.
