I've never been a fan of going to the dentist. The only reason I ever do is because I have dental insurance through work. I probably went around10 years without going to the dentist in utter fear of how many cavities I would have and how much it would cost.
When I went to commerce drive dental they were probably the nicest group of people a guy could ask to interact with. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Everyone is very enthusiastic and helpful, they want you to have your teeth in the best shape you can so you don't have to spend as much of your money fixing problems that are easily preventable through good habits.
There was some confusion once on my dental insurance company's end about the billing. I took the mailing from them in and they literally did everything for me, faxed in the information requested (I don't have a printer, scanner, or fax machine so this was a blessing for me) no questions asked and the issue was resolved.
If I had known going to the dentist was so pain free I would have been going consistently long ago! If you haven't been to the dentist in awhile or if you lack the customer service that is truly top notch stop down to commerce drive dental and give them a try. You won't regret it (ps they're probably going to tell you to floss)

We had just started a new dental plan and had discussed things with the office about how much or what would be covered. We paid a $30 deductible for each of us on a routine cleaning and then there was one cavity to be filled. We wanted to check what insurance would cover before and we were told the amount. We have now received a bill for $1200 over the amount we were told. Had we known this, we would have kept looking for another dentist and this is exactly why were asking the questions before having any work done.
