Everyone is kind, gracious, cheerful & most importantly, concerned about you, the patient & your needs!! For the first time in several years, my smile is front & center again!! Going to a place that can handle all if your dental needs, from routine cleanings, to artistic fine cosmetic dentistry, including extractions, implants & root canals, is genuinely unique!? The clinic is equipped to handle everything! That aside, the competency of assessment & recommendations with a plan was a vital piece for me & my treatment! I can not recommend this group more highly & am so appreciative of everything they are doing for me!!

I came to Serene Dental on a recommendation from my uncle, who is a retired dentist himself, to have Dr Gesica Horn complete a full mouth rehabilitation on my damaged teeth. Dr Horn and team have done an amazing job throughout this process, and the results are nothing short of a miracle. I always am well taken care of at Serene Oaks. I love the comfort menu, that everyone does know my name and that I seldom am sitting in a waiting room. The staff is friendly and runs on time. This place pampers the heck out of you (scented oils, heated rocks, warm neck wrap, blanket, paraffin hand wax, gourmet coffee, macarons… to name a few of the perks.) You feel like you’re going to a spa, not a dental office! If that weren’t enough, they provide exceptional, quality service from the scheduling to greeting, cleaning, dental work, billing, reminders, etc. (All levels of the organization). Everyone is so kind, caring and professional. Highly recommend!

Everything about Serene Dental Oaks is a 10 out of 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween are highly skilled and personable and the whole team works together beautifully to ensure you are 100% comfortable, satisfied and happy with your care and your smile! There are many examples of their exceptional customer service but I must share one here. I had a long appointment on a snowy November day and my car was cleaned of inches of snow so that it was ready to drive when I left, the definition of “above & Beyond”!! I have never felt more at home with a dental office and the care I've received. I had a front tooth that kept chipping and left me feeling embarrassed. I continued to have to pay money to dentists to fix it. I found Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween and my smile has been transformed. I get so many compliments on how great my teeth look! I have always had cavity prone teeth and they were able to restore my teeth back to health and I haven't had a cavity now in years! Truly the best.
