We have been at Norwood dental about five years. Started here after dr perry retired in Shakopee. Now we have moved to Shakopee and still Intend on using norwood dental. Dr Ross is the small guy with a common sense big heart that makes a person feel good there right along with the rest of the staff just by walking in the door. You simply do not get that at your big box dental offices that are around the metro.

Both Dr. Bussler an Dr. Ross are amazing. I live in Minneapolis and being the family dentist I always come back. Have yet to find a dentist better in the metro area. Just recently had a facial injury which resulted in a tooth damage. Quick phone call and the staff were able to quickly guide me though a emergency situation and then fix the problem with no delay. Couldn't imagine this with any other dentist office. You just don't see this type of dedication to patients now days. From fillings to crowns to root canals painless and fast. What more could you ask for.

Norwood Dental is welcoming and does a great job making sure you know what they are doing and why it is being done. They are willing to check with insurance and verify numbers ahead of time. I would give them 5 stars, but I don't like going to the dentist. :)

I have TMJ and needed 2 crowns replaced. Needless to say, I was somewhat apprehensive since my mouth would be open quite a bit during this procedure. My fears were unfounded as Dr. Ross and his assistant Abby, gave me plenty of breaks and made me feel totally relaxed. I would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

It’s genuine conversations and compliments! Everyone is friendly, professional and positive! As far as their dental service goes; professional service, clean, and precise!

I've always had a hard time going to the dentist in general and when my family moved out to Glencoe I was worried, my husbands dentist had retired and I didn't want to start the search again. Through word of mouth we heard about Norwood Dental and well here I am. Dr. Bussler has been wonderful and he and the rest of the staff have been welcoming and willing to assist/answer questions etc. Now I'm not going to say I look forward to the dentist, however when I have to go I know that I'm in good hands with the crew at Norwood Dental. (Dr. Bussler actually made me laugh, like a real laugh so you know they're good.)
