Here is my Aspen Dental Story…. This has nothing to do with the dentist, she was great BUT…. It was explaining to the office staff that my kid’s insurance was ending and I wanted to get the work done before it ended. The dentist came up with a very good plan to get as much done.
The estimate of benefits was given to us, I paid the “uncovered” amount and everything was good.
Comes to the first appointment to have my sons filling done, a week later, and guess what… no insurance coverage. What, you gave me an estimate of benefits, I paid you in advanced…. WELL come to find out, they only check insurance once a year. So the “estimate of benefits really is not valid” there words. Horrible and ridiculous !!!!!! Be aware your estimate of benefits is not worth the paper they give you!!!!!!!

I came in to see what they could do about my front tooth being chipped. They offered to fill a cavity that fell out on it and they fit me in in the same day and I had so much anxiety during it and the dentist that helped me was amazing at helping my anxiety. I have been to several dentist and this place I highly recommend. Best care I've gotten at a dentist!

Amazing service, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They got me in the following day for an emergency visit. Your first time there is free, I got a wisdom tooth exam and x ray there today for free! They also will remove your wisdom teeth for you. They dont accept my insurance (mn sure - delta dental) but they have an amazing financial plan so you can pay it off in small amounts.

Everything about aspen dental was easy. Was able to make the apt for when I needed and they explain everything step by step. My dental assistant Kelly Krum was great. Down to earth and made it fun.

The staff is very awesome and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the first phone call. I am new to dentures and they kept me well informed during the whole thing. They are very caring and I feel they truly want the best for you. They have been very patient with me while I get through the process of getting my dentures to fit correctly. Love these folks.they are the best!

Friendly service and got started on time. Unfortunately my appointment took longer than I thought it should. The hygienist was called away 2 different times to attend to another patient. Not had this at past dentists. Once they start with you they stayed until they were done.

For 20 years now I've had dentures, And I've seen many different dentists as well as Dental Assistants. I must say this... my experience at Owatonna was one of the best I've ever had. The dentures fit extremely well. Ive always had trouble in the past with lowers. Not this time! In fact if it wasn't for D.A. Katie Hasselquist I seriously doubt this fitting would have been as successful as it was. Katie is extremely talented in what she does. She worked non stop with me and sent me out the door with a smile. I hope they are paying her well, she did more for this fitting than any dentist ever has. Both her and Shelby were always a pleasure to come see. Highly recommend if you need new dentures, they will do the job right...impress you not only with professionalism, but also kindness. :)
