1st time at this office. I had great stress free experience. Front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond. Jill cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, she made it a gentle and pain free experience. She could tell I was overdue for a cleaning which I was. I could tell Dr. Foss is very very passionate about teeth and I like that. Dani even helped with keeping my son entertained while I was in the cleaning.

Dr. Foss is absolutely one of the best dentists I have ever seen. Her personality and demeanor was refreshing. She provides necessary and wanted treatment without adding unwanted charges. I will be speaking very highly of her care and I will definitely be having my entire family see her. I left there feeling extremely satisfied with all the kind and professional staff. I absolutely love Pine City Family Dental! I recently switched my family and myself dental providers because I have been unhappy with the service of my previous dental care office. The staff is amazing at Family Dental. Very friendly, kind, fun, caring, thorough and no shaming. I am so happy for changing offices.

My 1st visit here. Staff mistakes cost me $500. I was told all work would be in-network and covered. Clinic was out-of-network. Found 2 cavities and said I needed deep cleaning. Claimed $500 for cleaning would be 2022 covered and then fix cavities next year with 2023 coverage. I wasn't convinced the cleaning was needed and suggested repairing cavities now and deep clean next year if necessary. They declined.

Did the cleaning. Insurance claim was denied and they billed me totaling $500. Claim they never provide insurance estimates. They did and also claim they never said the cost would be covered. I offered to work it out but they did not respond back and sent me a bill the next day. They adjusted their out-of-network error on their statement and called it "professional courtesy." I now have 2 cavities and am out $500 from an unnecessary procedure. I do not recommend Pine City Family Dental.

Dr. Foss and the staff here are fantastic! I have extremely sensitive teeth and have always had severe anxiety going to the dentist. She’s incredibly patient, talks through everything she’ll be doing and consistently asks how you’re feeling and if you need anything through each appointment. Having a dentist believe you and be kind when you tell them how something feels or what your concerns/anxieties are is a game changer. Excellent dentist, staff and experiences.

If every dentist was this kind and gentle and patient and understanding NOBODY would ever be afraid of the dentist ever again. 100/10 would recommend to everyone. My daughter said she never wants to go anywhere else ever again. THIS is the place!

Jill was such an AMAZING dental hygienist! She noticed a little bit of plaque in one area. She didn’t look down on me for it. She talked through a solution to help with this. I have been going to there for many years and Jill has been the best hygienist! She had calmed my anxiety about going to the dentist!

I am not comfortable going to dentist, but the staff that I have had at Pine City Dental have all taken the time to listen and discuss everything they are doing to help put me at ease. I appreciate their people skills

I have high anxiety about going to the dentist, and they helped me relax. Very informative, and explained everything they did. Dr. Foss did a very thorough exam, and then went through my options for treatment. Very good experience!
