They are giving very wrong estimates. I unnecessarily brought my wife for service based on the estimate.
I just went to their place to do scaling and root planning. I want to do lesser service based on my FSA account. They told me the bridge service and services for my wife also can be covered with in the FSA amount I have.
So unnecessary I brought entire family to this dentistry. Now I’m charged 5 times more than I owe.
They are trying to sell most of the services by giving the customers wrong information.
Now if I call they are saying you need to pay all.
I have copies of all their estimates, don’t know where to complain ☹️
