I truly value this lifelong relationship not only for the expert work they do, but for the time taken with me as a person, not just a customer. While it might be a stretch to say I look forward to going to the dentist, I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these people (especially Sue) who have been caring for this aspect of my health for so long. Beware of this fraud!!
I have been using service from past few years. I was given an estimate using my insurance details for the tooth extraction.
The estimate was copayment $179 Which I paid during the procedure. Later I got an additional bill for $262. When I questioned this with billing department they are saying it’s not their responsibility in honouring the estimates.. I understand the estimate can vary but it can’t be 2x or 3x..
If the estimate was too high in the beginning I would have not opted for this procedure and wait for few days for the teeth to come out of its own.. I feel I got cheated here..
