My dentist seemed incapable of respecting me as a fellow adult because of our age difference, which was truly a bizarre experience. When I left a critical google review, the dentist got my email address from my patient account, and sent me an email from his personal google account requesting that I take it down. I'll truly never forget how this affluent medical professional used his position to inappropriately contact me because my review hurt his feelings. Now I'm back with an anonymous account; please don't contact me to bully me about this.

All my life when I went to the dentist, it hurt. When the office I was going to closed, we went to Smile Design. I couldn't believe it, it didn't hurt! The Dentists and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to be around. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Had my regular check-up & cleaning at SD, and as usual Lorae was great!
I have >20 yrs of experience with Smile Design including adult orthodontics, a few crowns & etc. (due to poor teeth) & Brett & Corey have always been responsive, professional & likeable (yes, even dentist can be!).
While they are focused on my dental health professionally, they all take the time to connect with me as a person as well.
I like that in any medical provider!

Top notch staff; I cannot stress that enough. Everyone who works here is dedicated to providing top notch service and a positive experience. I came here randomly and I am so very happy I made the switch. The building is limiting people, staff are wearing 1 and in many cases a 2nd mask. Hand sanitizing stations and air purifiers in each room, including the waiting area.
Thanks to everyone here doing an amazing job and having rock star personalities. Ashley, Irinia and Dr. Moore are just such charming and amazing people during my visits.
