I have never heard of an orthodontist that has no after hours or Saturday appointments. It was suggested to have my son come in for an 11 o'clock appointment on a school day. Office was unwilling to make an appointment with their other orthodontist.

Our whole family goes here and loves Dr Jensen and hygienist Brooke! Our 2 year old was just seen for the first time on his 2nd birthday and again at 2.5. They were phenomenal with him! They had him pick a show to watch, explained everything they were going to do, Brooke was super patient, and Dr Jensen made him feel so comfortable and excited to be there! They have realistic expectations for a toddler cleaning and get the job done. Can’t wait for our son to grow up going here.

Had an unfortunate experience at Smile design. My insurance billed me $1200 in excess and when I inquired why Smile design finance department responded with "We have 3000 clients, can not and will not check your coverage for you" The procedure was not an emergency and I was insured they had run the estimate by my insurance previously, hearing a rather rude response was unfortunate.

The second incident happened at my next visit, when I tried to schedule a follow up cleanup I was told not only all my future visits will be cancelled but finance would not schedule a visit until the account is paid off. I was surprised to hear such a response for the invoice was not due for 7 more days! I am not sure if the business is having cash flow issues but such negative attitude is enough to move my business elsewhere despite having a great relationship with the doctors.

The entire staff is lovely and professional. I always recieve top notch care and even though it's a busy practice, they give me their full attention and answer my questions with patience. Some offices feel rushed and pushy but not Smile Design. I wouldn't go to any other office!

Highly efficient staff, this team clearly loves what they do and succeeds at fully taking away any apprehension one could have about visiting the dentist. From the front desk, to the providing team, I'm just blown away with them all.
My comfort was always a top priority making it a pleasure to keep visiting this talented group of people. Not to mention, the results were phenomenal!

For decades they have been providing me with the finest service possible in every regard. I truly believe this dental practice is one of the finest in the nation. For example, Dr. Corey Jensen is as highly educated in many areas of dentistry as a dentist can be, and he has been acclaimed publicly again and again for his superb skills and high standards. Smile Design is the best !! The modern technology helped diagnose my problems. Dr. Moore and his assistant produced great results. The dentist's technique also made my procedures pain free. My dental hygienist did great work and pain free also, unbelievable !! I give Smile Design and A Plus....
