Yet another wonderful happy visit for my 8 year old daughter thanks to the wonderful staff at Smile Design! She giggled through getting numbed up thanks to Dr Moore's great anesthetic technique and giggled and stayed calm and happy throughout the whole appointment thanks to him and his wonderful assistant Betsy. Throw in the silly songs Dr Moore sang to her out of tune (just kidding) while working on her, the staff that greeted us like we were family and not just a number, the great job they all do at staying keeping things sterile and Covid free friendly, and the effortless check out process by Ashley at the front desk and we had ourselves a wonderful dental experience that left my child without a bit of fear but instead excited to come back to the dentist! Great job Smile Design Dentistry!

Smile Design Dentistry conveniently located directly in downtown Plymouth. The front desk stuff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. It is extremely professionally run office. All the people there are very gentle and kind. You must give this office the try and you won't be disappointed.

The facility is very nice, light, and clean. The hygienists are so friendly and either take great notes or have stellar memories because they remember details about your life which makes you feel valued. Dr. Moore is FANTASTIC and does wonderful work! He is friendly, logical, and was very patient with me as he worked on a crown since I am not easy to numb. However, our experiences with Dr. Jensen were not nearly as pleasant and we felt like cosmetic or suggestions that were not truly necessary were frequently pushed. When I switched to Dr. Moore, I didn't receive constant suggestions on how to improve the look of my already straight and white teeth. My husband felt the same way and then Dr. Jensen told him he needed to have 5 cavities filled after x-rays taken with a new machine. It seemed odd since he isn't prone to a lot of cavities but he received a quote which seemed reasonable until he went in for the first two fillings. We found out the person misquoted him and the total cost would be 3x as much. While the Office Manager worked with us a little bit on the cost they were not going to honor the original quote which is unacceptable. Upon changing dentists, he's received far more reasonable advice and cost of services. Again, there are several great things about this place but the combination of our experiences and not honoring a quote for services has forced us to take business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry! From the moment you walk into this clinic, you feel completely taken care of. The staff is so friendly and nurturing. The dentists really care about their patients and explain what they are doing every step of the way. I have been to numerous dental offices, and this one is miles above the rest in every way. I really appreciate all that they have done for me to get my SMILE back in good shape! Thank you so much -- see you in 6 months!!!

I'm a man of a certain age, so I've probably had about as many dentists and hygienists as I have teeth. But none as good as the ones at Smile Design. I have to start with LaRae, who belongs in the hygienist hall of fame. She's effective and yet gentle. Best. Ever. She does, indeed, put a smile on my face. I've seen both Dr. Jensen and Dr. Bertrand and both are terrific, but Dr. Bertrand is the only dentist I've ever seen who completely puts me at ease. You see, I'm a little guy, which means I have a little mouth. It's hard enough to fit 28 teeth in that maw, but add the hands of a typical man, and I'm sorry but there just isn't enough room. I've left a lot of dental offices with bruises on my gums from human knuckles, but it's not going to happen again. Because Dr. Bertrand's hands are small enough to leave me unbruised but skilled enough to get the job done perfectly. Smile Design is the best thing that's ever happened to my teeth.

Smile Design Dentistry is such a wonderful office! I have meet all the doctors there and each one explains thoroughly on their plan and what needs to get done and the steps to get it done. I really appreciate the professionalism and communication from the whole office!
