I just changed dentists, moved to this area about a year ago. It was a very smooth transition from my previous dentist to here, they called got my records right away after I signed release forms. Everyone is very friendly from receptionist to dentist. When I arrived they are on schedule and ready for me to get started, explained all the changes that happened with Covid. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Gabby is amazing! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Does an awesome job cleaning and polishing. Even around my lower permanent retainer. Dr. Puffer, Dr. Sarles and the rest of the staff are awesome! We have been clients for 20 years.

A couple weeks ago, I came in for a long overdue cleaning. I had been putting the appointment off numerous times and finally got over my anxiety enough to show up. I had my cleaning with Gabby and she made me feel so comfortable, reassured, and right at home. Today, I came in for a filling appointment and because Gabby went above and beyond taking extra time to put me at ease during my previous appointment, I for the first time ever did not reschedule my appointment. Dr. Sarles was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable instantly when I arrived. The procedure was COMPLETELY pain free and he worked very quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Prior Lake Dental, especially Gabby.

I had my front crown replaced today,
after 26 years this office informed me
That It could be replaced. When I got to my appointment they informed me that I should do some laser treatment to my gum first.
It was explained to me that the new crown would
Look much better.
I agreed to the treatment.
They went ahead & did it right then and there. I was very happy not to have to come back.
I’m so excited to see what the outcome will be.
I never knew of such a treatment plan.
It was a little tender but I did it with no Novocain.
This office is so professional and friendly as well as informative. They constantly asked me if I was alright and if I had any questions.
I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We came here for a second opinion after a so so experience at another dental care facility a couple years ago. We were given a treatment plan for a cavity for our son, only to be told by the specialist this was not needed. This didn't sit well with me, so I started searching.
So we decided to check out PL Dental. I knew as soon as I walked in we had found the right place to be. They were knowledgeable, kind, honest. We got the treatments done that were indeed needed. Now all 3 in our family are patients here. You aren't just a name. They build relationships with you. Never a bad thing either when the hygienist Gabby and you get the giggles. We have found our place. They're the best!! Highly recommend!!
