CANNOT emphasize enough how GREAT Prior Lake Dental is!!! Went in for a cleaning with Gabby; she is personable, passionate, and positive. Dr. Sarles and his team are professional, genuine, and thoughtful! From the second you step into the office to the second you leave. I would highly recommend Prior Lake Dental to anyone that is looking for a (new) dentist or those that do not like going to the dentist. I can't say enough positive things about Prior Lake Dental!

I have had some pretty awful, painful, and generally unenjoyable experiences with dentists, etc. In fact, I obtained an irrational fear and some unfortunate anxiety from visiting a particular other dentist in the past. So I came into my first appointment at Prior Lake Dental about a year ago with heavy anxiety, and very apprehensive, but due to Dr. Sarles, DDS, and all the terrific Dental Assistants, front desk employees, basically the entire team here and their incredible skills, attitudes, and the whole atmosphere at Prior Lake Dental, I've racked up quite a substantial bill and had a significant amount of dental work completed thus far....
Honestly, I cannot possibly recommend Prior Lake Dental enough! I won't be going anywhere else for my dental needs, and actually think that whenever all the work on my care plan is complete, I may just pump up my sugar intake or something, for no other reason than to continue coming here. They're that good, seriously.
The team is youthful, enthusiastic, very talented, and are just a total pleasure to work with, and a good example of my usual experience coming in here is this: i pulled myself out of bed, crabby as a rattlesnake this morning, came to my appointment looking like the Unibomber and feeling miserable, and after my appointment, which included a root canal, I've actually got a great big smile on my (numb) face and am in a much, much better mood. I know, it's crazy.
Definitely use Prior Lake Dental if you are in the market for dental work. There is no way you'll regret it or find a better dentist. It isn't possible.

**Update: well, what more can i say that i haven't already? I just had to add to my glowing review above - these people are so totally worth it. Just got my teeth cleaned, and i must say, they feel like $6,750,000.⁰⁰! And that i don't consume fluoride of any kind doesn't bother the awesome folks at Prior Lake Dental, as has been the case numerous times in the past at other dentists. Normally, my experience is that the second you tell a dentist you don't use fluoride, you'll get that look like, 'you don't use fluoride?!? How dare you?! Criminal!'
But no, here when i tell them this, they simply respond with the suggestion to use nano-hydroxyapatite, which seems to check out... So again, the terrific champions of oral nirvana here at Prior Lake Dental are hands-down, above and beyond, the BEST you're gonna find anywhere! Take my trusted, respected, educated word for it, y'heard?

I have been going to Prior Lake Dental for approximately 30 years. However, on 3/18/2021, my experience with Gabby (my hygienist) was perfect. They keep up with the newest techniques, making the cleaning process comfortable and quick. The staff at Prior Lake Dental has always been and still is top notch.

The team is always so friendly and greets you with smiles. They remember you and details of your family and story. Very professional while feeling like a small town personal community. Would recommend to anyone 😊

I had an early flight to catch but wanted to address some painful sensitivity before the trip - Prior Lake dental was kind enough to get me in the door first thing in the morning on one day’s notice. I was immediately seen by Dr. Sarles and he was well aware in advance of my symptoms and history. On the way out, everyone said good luck on the flight. Very personable and friendly. It’s exactly what you expect from your local dentistry! Unbelievable service. Oh, and I’m writing this review from the seat on the plane.

I have been a patient at Prior Lake Dental for over 20 years. Dr. Sarles and Dr. Puffer are extraordinary dentists. Their dental expertise is exceptional! The hygienists, assistant and office staff are professional, cheerful, friendly and always most helpful. I brought my two kids, 7 and 6, to Prior Lake Dental and it was an excellent experience! The kids had fun and asked when they get to go back. Very professional and fun staff, highly recommended!
