I get extreme anxiety when I need to visit the dentist, which leads me to put it off longer than I should. The dentist (and hygienists) at M.D. Ramsey are phenomenal! They are non-judgmental and don't deliver lectures. They also explain procedures thoroughly and outline a clear care plan.

I visited this location to get a referral to a oral surgeon. When i made my appointment i gave them my current dental insurance , however they billed me under insurance i had 10 years ago that's invalid. I did get the referral, but they never sent it to the oral surgeon even after repeated phone calls from the oral surgeon. Luckily i brought the referral they gave me. They also never sent my x rays to the oral surgeon also. I had to get my x rays taken all over again. The oral surgeon kept calling metro dental care but nobody answered the phone. I called to complain and the receptionist said she was sorry but she was just filling in from another clinic. I asked for someone to call me back that work's there to complain, but nobody did.
