I brought my Daughter in for a 7:30 a.m. appointment Wednesday morning and we checked in . And we were the only one's there and 5 minutes later some other people came in and got checked in and helped right away. My daughter was finally called in and we went and waited for another 15 minutes and decided to leave since the Employee never said anything to us about Anything. More or Less We Were Overlooked. If she didn't want to work today she could have let her supervisor know so we can continue with the Process of getting my daughter her Braces. I'm very Upset and Displeased. Thanks for Ignoring us. This Business is Very Unprofessional!!
