The first few visits I had here were great and they were very thorough. I didn’t have dental insurance for about 4 years but they got my teeth really clean and they answered all my questions.
Yesterday’s visit was awful. The hygienist didn’t say the numbers out loud as she checked my gums and was typing them into the computer with her gloves on her hands, then coming back to mouth. I wish I had asked her to stop because that didn’t seem sanitary. I don’t know why she didn’t a have a pedal or someone else punch them in while she read them like I’ve seen in the past. Then for the first time ever, my teeth didn’t feel clean after the cleaning. And I love how my teeth usually feel after cleanings. Thankfully they were able to schedule my next appointment with one of the first few hygienists I saw.
