Rude appointment staff and never fixed the initial concern.
Today was the last straw. I have a life - I work nights and its near white out conditions today. I was running 5 minutes late due mainly to the weather when I got a call asking where I was. I told them I was 2 minutes out. I arrived at 107 - 7 minutes late - and received a phone call and was asked "so are you here" word for word.... I suppressed my annoyance and politely said I was. Upon entering the office I was stared down in a rather confrontational way by 3 ladies one of whom said "good timing I was just about to cancel on you"... I took a few more steps then stopped and informed the three they were rude and I would not be doing the appointment before walking out.
They've cancelled on my mom driving in from wanamingo for being 5 minutes late. She was called and told she was black listed after missing that appointment and that if she wanted one in the future shed need to pay ahead... This is a common practice from what I gather here. I understand the frustration with patients missing appointments but I've seen literally 0 evidence of even an attempt at understanding or empathy on their part.

Had my first appointment in November 2017. I loved that Dr. Yoder took extra time to chat with me and go through the whole process. I walked out with a plan, that I can do on my time frame, not rushed to get everything done at one time. Highly recommend!!!
