I had not been to the dentist for over 2 years because I typically had very healthy teeth and took good care of them. My spouse and girls are the regular visitors and have always had a good experience here. The last few months, I couldn't shake off a smell from my mouth and had to brush and floss more than I wanted to. My gums bled more and I figured it was time for professional help. NW dental group gave me an appointment the very same day I called. They were very professional and the wait time was about 2 minutes after I signed in an filled out the paperwork. I was given a tour of the facility and my fears were reassured. My dental hygienist listened to me, explained things in a way I could understand and was very respectful. After 2 visits, all my plaques are gone, my teeth are shiny, and there is no smell anymore! I'll keep up the good work and will definitely keep my follow up appointments with my family. Thank you for a great experience and wonderful customer service!

All of the staff were excellent with my toddler! They made the experience exciting and fun and you’d think we took her to some sort of attraction the way she’s been telling everyone about going to the dentist! Such a great experience for my whole family. I would definitely recommend anyone with young children go here!

I’ve gone to Northwest Dental Group since 1985. I’ve seen Dr Ken Sahs and Dr. Steve Sperling and been very happy with their care. Recently (Nov.2021) I had an exam by Dr Katie Post who I felt bullied me. I may not have understood the 2012 ADA recommendations on screening X-rays correctly, but she insisted they could lose their license to practice dentistry and would incur severe liability upon the practice if I chose not to have the recommended X-rays. I did not believe this. I did relent and have the X-rays, but not without telling her how I felt about what I thought was bullying.

Who loves going to the dentist? We do! Me, my wife, and now our daughter all go to Northwest Dental. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are very clean and professional looking. Took my 1 year old daughter there and they were terrific getting her used to the chair and the different tools. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in the Rochester area.

Dr Preuss and his assistant Sharron have been formidable in their treatment, explanation and approach to my dental care.
