I typically would keep my bad thoughts to myself but I really felt the need to write this review based on my horrible experience. Two dentists I saw here that were said to be the best did not listen to my concerns with extreme pain which resulted in extractions from an oral surgeon. They said nothing was wrong with my teeth after exams and scans. I ended up getting a second opinion because I knew something was not right and yes, I did have an infected tooth. This could of saved a lot of time, pain, and money. The ONLY good patient care care from Lindsey; the Hygienist who was wonderful. Otherwise, I will be staying far away from this place! I was very disappointed at the lack of listening and care. I hope my review saves someone else from going through what I went through at Northwest Dental.

Had to make quite a few accommodations to make it to my appointment along with driving from another city. When I got there I was informed my visit needed to be rescheduled. Had not been contacted prior for this. Incredibly frustrating!

Yesterday was my first time there.. on their website there is a “new patient special” which I didn’t receive.. Fantastic people, fantastic service, but WAY to expensive!! Did not know how much I was being charged until after the services were already being performed. Next thing I know $500 out of pocket..Not sure what I would’ve done if I didn’t have a credit card to cover it! Wish they weren’t so expensive, would love to stay. Should expand acceptance of insurance, or at least have told me I was “out of network” and had to pay out of pocket for everything right away before I started signing papers.. Anyways, it is a great place, Just not for those on a limited income.

Honestly not ever sure where to start with how wonderful my experience has been. I was so nervous coming in to the dentist because it had been years since I had last been. But everyone was so kind and nonjudgmental. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and why. They also were willing to sit and go through what my insurance would cover in detail and let me see all of the different options. The dentist was amazing and I had no pain after my fillings. This office truly goes above and beyond. There is no place else I’d recommend.

I haven’t like going to the dentist since I was a kid. It was just always painful and the office smelled like something was being ground down to nothing , like someones teeth. Northwest Dental has changed that. The staff is friendly which relieves the pressure of going. They do a great job and are honest about their prices. A nice atmosphere that doesn’t have the old school dentist aroma. I will be back and keep up the good work.

I didn't have to wait in the lobby for my appointment. I got right in and they did a wonderful job. The hygenist was very gentle while cleaning and flossing. Dr. Sperling has always been very honest with his evaluation. I don't think I could go any place else for my dental needs
