First time there Monday. I have a fear of dentists (based on many past experiences). Craig, who did my cleaning, was awesome! Dr. Katie Post is so caring & I knew she truly cares about giving me my best smile!

Very friendly staff, the Dental Assistant Lacey was terrific, and explained all facets of what was going to happen ahead of the procedures, and made sure my questions were answered. And the Dentist, Dr. Odland was awesome as well, gave me options in my treatment, and didn't try to push me one way or the other, explaining benefits of each treatment. The staff really listens to you!

Dr. Post and her team were GREAT! They understood my son's anxiety and his autism. They patiently helped him work through each step in the process of getting a cavity filled. We were still in and out in an hour. EXCELLENT WORK!

I was in Rochester and had a dental emergency. The dentist, his assistant and the office staff are great! They gave me an appointment the same day and fixed me up. Many thanks to them.

I am so happy that I chose Northwest Dental. Dr Sperling is the best. I got my smile back. And I’m getting a lot of compliments with my teeth. It looks very natural and no one ever notice that it’s an implant, not unless I reveal.

They were so kind!! They got my child in matter of hours. He was crying with toothache. He is so scared of needles they used gas and talked him through everything!! He is 7 and has been going since 2 years old. Thank you Northwest Dental!!!

I came in here not going to a dentist for a very long time(10+ years). NDG was having a promotion for a cheap exam and xray at the time, so I decided it was finally time to go back to the dentist. The first exam was great and I got an estimate with my insurance coverage to see how much my out of pocket expense was going to be on the work that needed to be done.

Dr. Shin was great, as well as, Lindsey and Kelly for my fillings and crown appointments. Dr. Shin and the ladies were always concerned with my comfort and they were easy to talk to. Not to mention, I was able to watch whatever I wanted on television so I didn't get bored at all like I used to when I was a kid at an office in my hometown elsewhere.

By the time my fillings appointments were done it felt very pleasant to walk into that office and know I would come out with a better smile and no concerns!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. This place is nothing more than a express dental service. The work I received on my front teeth looks like a student did it. The dentist I had was working on other patients while I was sitting in my chair toothless. He was back and forth approximately 3-4times during getting my front teeth done. The anesthesia was wearing off, I could feel him working on my front teeth. He couldn’t get the fillings to bond correctly or get them even , I literally have his thumb print in my front tooth. The work he done on my front teeth started chipping off the next day, I couldn’t even get floss between them , they are still not even and the filling color doesn’t match. Now when I go to have them properly done, I’m probably going to need 3 crowns, which I can not afford right now. My teeth looked better before I came to this place, I regret coming here.

Cleaning was more painful and very fast. Both the hygienist and doctor were in a hurry. The doctor quickly said hello, quickly looked at teeth, said they looked good and that it will feel good to get the tartar off my bottom teeth. The appt took about 35 minutes after I got to the room. The bill was higher than before and the appointment was shorter. A very expensive 35 minutes!

Excellent care at NW dental. For my most recent appointment my hygienist was ill, I was given the option of rescheduling or keeping my appointment with a different person. I chose to keep the appointment, the other person was great and did an awesome job. This is an example of NW Dental’s focus on their customers.
