Very clean. Staff was friendly. I've never been to a dentist office this efficient. I didn't feel rushed, but the team worked together seamlessly making my visit quick and painless. They also have neck pillows, blankets, noise cancelling headphones, and TVs.

I have seen Dr. Post in the past and recently saw Dr. Chen. Both are excellent. They are calm, deliberate, will listen actively, recommend and explain course of action clearly. My dental hygienist, Hailee, did an exceptional job. She took her time for cleaning, taking digital images, etc. The front office staff is friendly and professional.

Dr. Lim is hands down THE worst dentist I’ve ever met. I’ll be honest: I had to cancel my appointment 3 times (Covid, flu, family emergency). They got notice and I told them if it was inconvenient I’d keep the appt.
Dr. Lim decided (even though I had an emergent case) that I was no longer welcome at the practice. They said my card declined payment (never informed me). I offered to switch out the outdated card and immediately pay the full balance before services were even completed. All communication was polite.
Nope, just … you are not welcome here. Ultimate reason: you have inconvenienced my schedule. No policy has been violated. Nothing has ever been discussed as an issue. Just one day… you’re no longer welcome here because Dr. Lim said so… we are really sorry you have an infection hopefully you can figure that out…we’ll refer you somewhere.
I’m not someone that ever says this… but 100% feel profiled.
Feel free to go here and feel welcome if you are a wealthy looking Caucasian person. They’d be super happy to accommodate you in every way. Anything else… look else where.
I tried my best to inform the owner. No luck so far…just thought she should know that this is an issue among her staff. Hopefully she cares.
If you go there. Really hope you’re treated better than I was… it was really devastating.

I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at NW Dental Group. I have been so very happy with the nice wonderful staff there. They always treat me like I am their number 1 patient. Not to mention the great work they have done on my teeth. Love this group.

I recently had a dental emergency and Northwest was able to get me in the same day I called. As a new patient of the 37th street location I received a welcome gift, which was so thoughtful! I was super nervous but the assistants were so nice and explained everything in detail to me and were upfront about any and all costs before anything was performed. I ended up needing a tooth extraction, and the dentist was amazing and I felt no pain during the procedure. I will definitely be making this my new full time dental clinic and would recommend to anyone in the area!!

After avoiding going to the dentist for an embarrassingly long time due to a previous traumatizing experience of not being able to get numb, Dr. Dickovich and her team were all so helpful and kind. She took the time to explain things, was so friendly, and made sure I was comfortable (and most importantly got me numb!) before doing the work. She got my smile back into shape and has alleviated so much anxiety. I will be back on the routine of regular cleanings with her.

By far the best, most professional and friendly dental office I have been to. Dr. Hansen is simply the best! They have the most advanced dental technology available and know how to use it. I had some complicated procedures to complete and Dr Hansen took me through a pain free, enjoyable experience. Will never leave this place.

Dr. Post is an absolutely amazing dentist and was so perfect with my children. Her approach and bedside manner was like nothing I have ever experienced. She made my kids comfortable, laugh, and relax. She spent extra time with my 4 year old boy who wasn’t wanting to finish his cleaning. She was down to earth and very approachable. Extremely impressed and pleased.
