Northwest Dental Group has the best staffing and customer service I have ever received at a dental office. From the greeting at the front desk when I arrived, to the treatment from the Dentist and Dental Assistant..all was exceptional!

I had my regular appointment with Northwest Dental this week. The staff there is friendly and efficient. I saw Dr. Lim today for the first time. He was very personable and explained everything about the “watch “ areas. Overall great experience.

What is there to say. This place has it all! Didn't ever think I needed a cookie for the end of an appointment, but now that I get them I cannot go back to a dental office that doesn't have them. The quality of equipment and care are top notch. The first faces you see are friendly and welcoming, way to go receptionist! The billing section break down the details of the costs at checkout and all that jazz (plus they're the ones with the cookies), way to go billing! The techs (especially my girl Kaylee today) are all smiles, friendly, fun (yet still professional) and great at their jobs, way to go hygienists! My dentist (Dr. Nehchiri) is real with me (because let's face it, I do NOT floss as often as I should) but always phrases it in the kindest of ways, offers encouragement, and talks about options for my dental health, way to go doc's! Love this place. Highly recommended, obviously. Oh! And they have amazing chapstick (Maple syrup scent for me today) too! I'll stop here, but I could go on. Thank you to everyone there who makes me even more happy to show off my smile!

I had a cavity filled here recently and was not impressed. I was told that I would need to wait 3 minutes after the shots for my mouth to numb. Literally, 40 minutes later the dentist returned so nonchalantly to fill my cavities. I was ticked, and I feel like she drilled the heck out of my mouth. It’s one week later, and I’m still in pain; this is not normal. I feel like the dentist did some revenge drilling because I complained about the wait.

Very efficient and courteous service. Hygienist, Lisa , was excellent. Dr Chen was very professional.
ADA now says that asymptomatic patients do not need routine dental X-rays more often than every 2 years, but is there evidence that routine dental X-rays are beneficial , necessary, cost effective ? Is there a population-based study to justify their use?

Plenty of staff on hand with minimal wait times. Very up front with costs. Facility was clean, and had the latest technology. Doctor and hygienists were very gentle with my jaw pain and courteous.

I recently received care at Northwest Dental Group and it was a great experience! All the staff there are genuinely caring and very skilled at their work. Everyone fills you in on what they are doing, what to expect and makes it an easy/comfortable experience for you. I would definitely recommend!
