My husband and I were visiting Mayo Clinic from Oklahoma. He had an emergency dental problem. We called Northwest Dental and they were able see him the next day. The entire staff and doctor were very friendly, caring and helpful. The doctor was able to stabilize the problem so he could make it until we returned home. We greatly appreciate their kind and professional help. Definitely a 5 plus star rating.

One of the best dental offices for the whole family. I was looking for a dentist that the whole family could go to and they were it! My daughter was a first time patient, coming in with a bad tooth, and all of her needs were met at the very first visit. The great customer service and needs of the patient were definitely noticed. Coming into a dentist creates all sorts of anxiety and fear for pain. However, Northwest Dental Group has proven otherwise. I was in pain prior to coming here and didn’t know what my options were. The friendly staf greeted me and answered all of my questions in a prompt and friendly manner. The facility has a warm welcoming feel to it! Once I met the hygienist I felt more comfortable. She did the xrays and found out what we were working with. She explained to me my options and how each one would be if it me, my mouth and my wallet. The dentist came in and review the options and we chose the best that fit me! They are so gentle and work around your comfort. I’m very pleased with the work that has been done. They also provided me with follow up calls to ensure everything was still going good, I’ve never in my many years had a dentist that cared so much. Lastly, I’ve also never had a dentist be able to see me within minutes of calling. I recommended them to quite a few people and I recommend them to you as well!

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist and have not been in a few years due to bad experiences at other dental offices, but Northwest Dental Group has changed the way I feel about going to the dentist and I’m looking forward to my future appts with them! New patients receive a gift at their first appointment, it always smells like fresh chocolate chip cookies, and every person on the staff team is wonderful.

The visit with Dr. Post DDS, and the hygienist was first class! Everyone is extremely nice and are truly interested in the patient. I signed up for the “Whitening for life" program. Anyone who whitens their teeth should inquire about it. The only problem I experienced was with the impression for the upper tray that was made. The tray was cut down too low so I don’t get good/full coverage of my two center front teeth. I would like this to be corrected if possible. I’ll let you know what happens. My thanks to everyone at Northwest Dental!
