I have been going to Persona Dental since I was a child, even when I moved away from St. Cloud, I travelled back for my 6 month appointments! Dr. Schmitz, Dr. Thom and the rest of the staff are so kind, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable in what can be an anxious environment for some patients. They embrace a clean, family friendly environment and always remember me when I walk through the door or take a few minutes to have a conversation with you :) If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend trying Persona Dental, you won’t be disappointed!

We had such a wonderful experience at Persona Dental! We were referred here to correct our 2 month olds tongue and lip tie, Dr.Shari Thom was so friendly and knowledgeable. (All staff was so friendly!) The process was fast and our little guy was brought right to me when done. Dr. Shari explained everything so well and really took the time to make sure we were taken care of as patients. We live too far away to use the office as a regular go to. But, if we lived in the area this would be the place to be! Highly recommended.

Friendly Office Staff - Sammi is always great with scheduling and checking out insurance coverage. The Hygienists are knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Troy is thorough and never pushes unnecessary work. Great dental office all around!

I have gone to other dentist before and they were fine, they did their job and I was content with that as I didn't know any better. Then about 8 years ago I switched over to Persona Dental and I haven't looked back since. Everyone is very friendly and they genuinely care about you and your teeth! I would highly recommend them!

Dr Shari Thom is the best dentist for babies with tongue and lip ties. We had our second child see her today and everything went great and smoothly. Would recommend to all family and friends!

If you like to be a frequent visitor at the dentist and waste your time then choose this clinic. I chose this clinic thinking that I will get the best care and never worry about my teeth, I ended up having more than 6 appointments to fix various issues, one of them being a crown that didn't fit well, they did work with my schedule and got it in. The crown still doesn't feel like a good fit but I have a busy life so I just accepted it and went on with my life. Few days ago I started getting major pain in my tooth that I fixed there, I sit here agonizing in pain because this clinic didn't do their due diligence in checking my teeth. This is how this clinic treated me as a veteran and I will never step a foot back in that place. Hope this will help.
