This was the BEST experience I've ever had at the dentist! From the cleaning with the hygienist where I could have fallen asleep, to the gentle work of the dentist! The staff is a blast !!!

I haven't gone to this place for years until i call today for my daughter who home from college want a urgent clean,they said she was missed her appointment on 2020 and she has to pay $45 ,that is funny ,of course we never call them again!

I am so impressed with this dental office. The whole staff was so accommodating and friendly. Dr. Brian is amazing. Going to a dentist is very hard for me and trusting one is even harder. I went for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. It ended up being a routine extraction instead of what was proposed to me previously. I have found my forever dental office!!!

Dr. Johnson has done some exceptional dental work for me and Dawn has taught me how to care for my gums (periodontal disease) and of my teeth. Connie is a fantastic person to work with and she knows a lot about insurance coverage. I've enjoyed working with everyone.

If you’re looking for a great dental home, this is the place to go! Great staff and very personable, they make you feel welcome. Dawn was great at what she does, explaining away helpful tips while cleaning. Stacia at the front desk was awesome as well, she fits right in with her friendly personality that greets you when you walk in and as you walk out.

I've been going here for a little over a year. I enjoy how friendly the staff is. Every appointment I've had the staff seems happy to be there. You could tell that they love what they do. My boys enjoy going to the dentist as well. They especially like the free Dairy Queen cone coupon they get in their toothbrush bag.

I believe most people have some fear or apprehension when it comes to the dentist, I know I did. With Gentle Dentistry and Dr. Christianson, I no longer feel that way. As a whole, the entire staff at Gentle Dentistry are knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful and respectful of you. I would highly recommend this Shakopee location for anyone looking for a new dentist.
