From the first phone call I was impressed with their kindness and willingness to help, and they listen! Something that was new to me. The whole staff, from the front desk to the back rooms, friendly, kind and always a smile. Previously, I'd had some not so great experiences with another dentist in another town, had lots of anxiety, but here I felt at ease and calm. DR Plotz was so good at listening and explaining the procedure that I'd be having done. I'm so glad I followed through on the recommendation!! I'm just sorry I hadn't done so sooner. I would 100% recommend Shetek Dental Care!!

From the moment I entered office, I felt welcome and truly comfortable. The staff was friendly, patient oriented, kind, professional,, and very informative. No question went unanswered. I truly was refreshed by entire staff-dentist, hygienist, and receptionists. All were open to answer all my questions, allowed my input in treatment plan and took time to explain things at my level.

I had a great experience at Shetek Dental Care today. Brooke was very professional, she explained everything that was going to take place while I was in her dental chair. Dr Plotz was equally professional and also explained things to me. He talked to me about areas that may be of concern in the future but everything looks great for now. Brooke cleaned my retainers and made my next 6 month visit. She walked me up to Jessica who finished up with me on my portion to be paid less the insurance portion. Everyone was very pleasant. Thank you SDC for wonderful care!!!
