Aspen Dental

This is the worst dental office. Both of my kids are now traumatized of going to the dentist. I don't know which dentist removed my daughter's wisdom teeth (it was a couple years ago) but the piece of trash dentist pulled a molar instead of an impacted wisdom tooth. Clearly they have very little training and experience.

Everyone at Aspen Dental does a great job at making the dentist experience quick, professional, and friendly. Special shoutout to the hygienist Heather - she's the best in the game! I've been looking for a new dentist for awhile and couldn't be happier with my experience there.

Very poor dental practice. It's a chain so what does someone expect.
They started a crown on my front tooth two weeks ago. I've had multiple reschedule appointments from them.
This weekend the temporary fell off. I called monday morning to hopefully get in to reset the temporary. They could not get me in for over a week to set in a temporary!
I know places can be busy. But I am in pain and it's my front tooth.
Between this and all the emails, calls, scheduling random appointments that I had no clue that were even setup.
I would never set foot in another Aspen dental again!

Very organized, quick, caring, and they explained everything really well. Great first experience.

I went in for an emergency visit due to a cracked tooth and the nerve was exposed... and they tried to just set me up for dentures. Did nothing for my pain whatsoever, didn’t even assess my tooth actually, just hopped right into those X-rays. Then when they went to go “set me up” for my dentures she said “we have payment plans” and proceeded to run my credit for care credit.. she just told me that they had payments. Completely misleading!! They are in it for the $$ not for the customer service/actually taking care of & listening to their patients. Waste of my time and terrible all around. I’d find a good place around town - anything but here. Left in tears because the whole appointment I was played like a fool.

I am very pleased with my 1st experience with Aspen Dental in St. Cloud MN. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Aspen dental has given me the most comfortable experience with dentists. They were quick during all aspects of the visit. They answered all the questions I had. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed how straightforward the process was during the billing/treatment planning process was. No costs were hidden, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

Was really disappointed with my visit am how I was treated by my dentist. The nurses and staff were just fine and polite to me. However my dentist seemed to be in a rush to get started after I'd told them twice that novacaine takes longer to see in for me and he still went ahead. When I raised my arm to let them know he got upset saying that I needed to sit still for him to operate. And then threatened to refuse the service that I had already paid for when I went in. And I had to pay out of pocket. Also the entire time he kept belching aloud for everyone to hear. It was so disgusting. His hair was in a ratty top knot. I would recommend if you need dental work to go somewhere else.

Had an emergency and they got me in immediately! We don’t live in the state but my pain was their #1 priority. Everyone was very kind and I was in and out of the office within 30mins. I thank all the staff that helped.

The entire staff at Aspen dental in St cloud were very friendly and very professional I could tell they really cared about my oral hygiene and health. They answered all my questions about upcoming procedures and made me feel at ease about the outcome.
