Today's Dental

Worst experience I have ever had. Went there to get a tooth pulled that needs to be pulled out. Instead of doing what I needed them to do they took multiple x-rays and told me I needed to get dental plate and needed to reschedule to get all my top teeth extracted. They never pulled my tooth I am having issues with. Told me they couldn't do that today. What's the point of going to the dentist for one specific thing if they aren't going to do it. The waiting area was dirty and nasty. The whole entire place was gross looking. Equipment was cracked or taped together. It looked dirty and gross. I didn't feel right about being there.

Worst dental experience I have experienced. I had to wait for more than an hour for a scheduled appointment we showed up on time. The waiting area was too crowded and over capacity- many people were standing in the waiting area with no where to sit blocking the exits. When we asked the receptionist that we have waited more than an hour for our scheduled appointment, the response was “ we are running behind and you could reschedule if you would like” that is the kind of response you get after waiting for an hour - it can never get more convenient than that! Very rude and unprofessional. Find your dental needs elsewhere!

I'm terrified of dentists, but I was comfortable from the first moment I walked in. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all very kind.
I needed all the work done today because of scheduled surgery, and they got the filings and extractions done. I'm sorry I didn't get names. I feel good about going back.

My son had filled in appointment, after she assessing his teeth she noticed that one was infected and needed to be removed immediately, so the surgery was unplanned. She explained the procedure but unfortunately, my son felt betrayed because she promised it won't hurt after the shot on his gums. He felt so horribly shocked from the pain 💔. That really broke 💔 my heart😢

The dental assistant was helping me yesterday was rude to me and she wasn’t answering my questions for example, I ask her give me a napkin and she refused, she said Swallow your saliva.

Also when the doctor was filling out the teeth / removed and she was suctioning wrong way and am feeling pain right now.

Dennis is extremely gentle. I love my new dentures! This is my 6th set. I've never had a pair that fit tight these are perfect. No more poligrip needed! ! ! !

The staff were great and very helpful. I brought my mom in and asked consult with the dentist. The dentist came in, identified the teeth that needed to be fixed and walked out. I assume he was booked so tight that he had no extra time. The staff did speak with us and answered our questions and were very helpful getting her next appointment scheduled. Overall it was a good experience.

This place made me feel like a widget on an assembly line. The dentist was cold and had no personality. The dental assistant was forceful and ruff and although she kept apologizing, didn’t really seem like she cared. This place was all about the money and had my debit card processed ever before my tooth was pulled, which I asked them three or four times if I could keep the tooth and just fix the abscess. I will never return here.

I have had several appointments for work that I needed on my teeth and had a few different dental assistants but two that stood out the MOST to me have been Keena P and Kim Z. They are some of the most adorable,sweet, kindhearted human beings that I have come across and I look forward to every appointment because of them. No matter how busy their days are they still manage to give me the best care ever and I thank them so much. The doctor is also just as amazing. Thank you today’s dental.

I had to wait past my appointment time. But the hygienist who did my deep cleaning was so pleasant the wait was worth it. She cared deeply about my comfort, and we chatted like old friends. It was great.
