I had a complicated dental implant on a lateral incisor done here last November and couldn't be more happy with the results. Everything from the removal of the old tooth/bone graft to the placement of the implant to the fitting of the final crown went very smoothly. The Essix tray provided for use while healing was of high quality and meant that I was never "without a tooth". Costs were detailed up front and the front desk staff worked closely with my insurance company to handle all claims. Dr. Shibko is straightforward/honest, very detail-oriented, and clearly skilled. His assistant, Natalya, was highly attentive and very caring throughout the process. Really, everyone in this office has been friendly, helpful, and professional every single time I have been here. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Shibko and his team to anyone needing a dental implant.

I highly recommend Excel Dentistry, the wonderful staff and Dr. Shibko. I have had work done before, though I have never been more pleased as I am now with the final outcome. I typically never write a review or rave about a product I tried but this time I felt compelled to share the wonderful experience I've had. I love the fact that I am always informed of what needs to be done and how and I always know what to expect as far as payment. I appreciate Dr. Shibko the most for always taking the time to go over the treatment options with me and really takes into consideration the patients input. Amanda is really thorough with cleaning and gave me advice on things I should do to improve my overall mouth health. The front desk staff (Sarah in particular) has always promptly responded to my many emails and they are so incredibly easy to work with as far as accommodation for appointments and working around my jam packed crazy busy schedule. All in all I am beyond pleased with the work done and the customer service. I have been a patient for over 2 years now and the drive to their location for me is long and rough during rush hour, but the moment I walk in the clinic I get greeted by my first name and the dental assistants come right up and walk me over to my seat. That makes up for everything and they have truly won my business over and over again. Thank you Excel Dentistry for a wonderful experience!!

The service was great, the staff was amazing, and Dr Shibko is a great dentist. I didn't feel pressured and the prices were all fair. They took my insurance, and made it so easy for me. This is by far one of the best practices I've ever gone to. Typically, I'm a bundle of nerves with anything having to do with the dentist. However, my experiences with Dr.Shibko, and his team have been very pleasant. They are thorough in the work performed, thorough in their explanations regarding procedures, etc. and patient and thorough with answering your questions. In addition, the office is clean and lovely. Overall, I give them two thumbs up and say keep up the excellent work!!
