Breana was very pleasant and kind as the receptionist! She made sure all paperwork was done in a timely matter. Noelle was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond taking care of my “clean”. Very detailed and patient with me! Dr. Schoen did great with my exam. Answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. OVERALL ONE HAPPY PATIENT!! I will be back!!

Amazed at how pain free administering the Novocain was! Usually that’s the worst part but with the machine they have(vs a big needle in your gums) it was so comfortable. I’m new to this office and am so happy to have found them. Most places do not accept my state insurance so just wanted to say thanks again for caring for everyone and not discriminating like most dentist offices do. Kind act of service to the community’s dental health. Great friendly staff

Best dental crew for sure! And you are hearing this from a person totally paranoid of even walking in the doors of any office. Not only do you get the best care possible you also can be assured that you get compassion along with it. Hard to find both in one office and yet here in a small town of wabasha we have just that So great job to all of you this tearful scared old lady will continue coming in because I know even with the work that needs to be done I will leave there smiling and less stressed about returning 😁

Overly Long Story To Type, Making It Short.
-Poor Communication Between Staff.
-Horrible Customer Service.
Very Rude and Demanding.
-Office purposely schedules "rountine" cleanings in order for people to keep coming and not "violate" their policy.
( Dismissal notice received due to no call no show on 2 occasions.
Occasions i never had set up, only informed of days prior to the appointments )
-Scheduled for ONE tooth extraction, I ended up getting practically forced to agree for TWO more.. ( Since they are on the same side they pleaded over and over )
-They do not respect individual pain tolerances.
They Will Not Help You If You Are/Going To Be. They will not give you medicine.
I had a hard time getting antibiotics from this place even!
They will give you anxiety, a gigantic bill, and maybe a fixed cavity. If not fixed, they will be worse off then they were.
Like in my case. All bottoms horribly sensitive and in pain with cold or hot.
Absolutely pathetic!
I have never been argued with, nor talked to by a business like this, ever, from what i can remember.
They seem nice, its very obvious they just want constant $$$$ Sad.
Only one good, nice, honest, respectful, caring individual there and shes a assistant.
