Our Family visited this location last year for dental work. With active dental insurance we were told our insurance would cover the services that we're being looked into. After having the receptionist confirm that the services were going to be covered they were then done... It wasn't until after the insurance through my husband's employer was actually billed did we learn that no it was not covered and Granite City Dentistry stuck us with several hundred dollars worth of dental bills! So no I do not suggest them to anyone who isn't wanting to be ripped off. And don't dare let them preauthorize anything, do your own homework on your covered services before they touch your mouth. After calling back several times to negotiate with the dental practice they are unwilling to discount or take care of the charges we were told were to be covered originally. The receptionist is rude and will call you a lair because she can see "notes" on your file that say they were right and you as a person are wrong. And as an informed consumer you can request copies of all "notes" held by a company to be reviewed for accuracy.
