I started with Dr. Kron about 36 years ago. I switched my children there a few years later because his office handled my children better than the local pediatric dentist did. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I like Dr. Kron's approach to my mouth which is not overly aggressive and has saved me some procedures/expenses.

I used to enjoy going to the dentist about as much as walking on hot coals, but Lakeshore Family Dentistry is a completely different experience. I am able to go in when I am scheduled and be seen immediately. They are unbelievably efficient and I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have always been more than satisfied with the results I get. I would recommend them to anyone.

We switched to Lakeshore a few years ago and the decision was a good one. The staff seems happy to be there and their enthusiasm is contagious. Sue is my hygienist. She takes the cleaning of my choppers seriously and I love it. She also somehow figures out a way to let me ask questions and answer as she works. When Doctor Ross examines my mouth, he asks more thorough questions than any dentist who has ever treated me. The entire Lakeshore staff of professionals serves our family well.

Wow! My first visit at Lakeshore was beyond my expectations!! The staff is warm and welcoming. Dr. Ross is beyond thorough! He took the time to get to know me and my history before beginning the service and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions, and gave me options moving forward, for all of my dental needs. Hands down the best medical experience i've ever had! Thank you!

I am a new patient at lakeshore, and I have had a great experience so far. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and came in for X rays, cleaning, and had to get some fillings. Katie at the front desk was incredibly helpful with figuring out my new insurance and how much it would cost. My cleaning (Sue?) was great... Gentle, friendly, thorough, and made me leave with a smile on my face even though I needed to get some fillings. Dr. Ross and his assistants walked me through what fillings needed to be done on my teeth and made sure any of my questions were answered. He really takes the time to get to know his patients, so you feel like more than just a set of teeth. No one wants to have dental work done but they will make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to my cleanings twice a year!

Dr Ross is the nicest dentist I have ever met. He went above and beyond his duty to help me when I was in pain during the shelter in place. My normal dentist of 15+ years didn't see anyone during the stay at home order and I found myself with no dentist and tooth pain.
Dr Ross stepped up, helped me with medication and checked in on me during the week to see how I was doing until he could see me in his dental office.
He is just a very kind human being on top of being a great and thorough dentist. I will no longer go to any other dental office but Lakeshore Family Dentistry. Thank you Dr Ross for helping me!!
