White Bear Dentists has the most high tech equipment and procedures! The staff are all so kind and caring. Although I had to have a lot of work done, crowns(same day) and deep cleaning, I was kept comfortable the entire time. AMAZING! I highly recommend.

Best visit to a dentist ever. Great staffing and great service. Definitely would recommend them. If you have high anxiety like I do this is the perfect place for you. They made me feel so relaxed.

I had a root canal done. It was super quick! Only 25 minutes! Then I was fitted for a crown. They make them right there, no need for a second appt. It took 2 1/2 hours total. Not bad at all. Everyone that I came in contact with were kind, professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. I saw small children there, too. I could hear some of the conversation they were having with the kids. They were so gentle and kind. I recommend this place to ALL ages.

I highly recommend Dr. Holtz and the entire staff at White Bear Dentists. Everyone there is nice, friendly and they genuinely care about your dental health! As a new patient, it was an easy process to get started. It was a great experience!

I've been seeing Dr. Theodore Ernst for 6 months now and he'll be my dentist for life. He is funny and definitely knows what he is doing. I am not a fan of the having my teeth worked on and he knows this so he does everything he can to make sure I am in and out as quickly as possible while also making sure I am totally comfortable the entire time. I've already referred 3 people to White Bear Dentists and I am the first person to speak up when anyone asks for dentist reviews. Also shout out to Dr. Kathleen Holtz, I only had 1 appointment with her before seeing Dr. Ernst but she was just as kind and made me feel just as comfortable as Dr. Ernst does.

i’ve been here twice for personal emergencies & i was able to get in same day both times, being on weekends too. & the staff especially the receptionists are so kind, helpful & informational, very upfront about payments & payment plans. makes my visits easier!

They were nice enough however when it comes to billing they aren't as transparent as they first seemed to be. We have had them change prices on us multiple times even after running insurance. We prepaid every time we went and they still sent us a bill. Then when we went to pay the bill the price had gone even higher. Now I got another bill in the mail stating we owe more. I am never returning due to their mismanagement with the bills. We don't have a lot of extra to throw around and went here because they initially quoted us to be nearly covered by insurance. This is one of the first bad reviews I have had to leave on GoogleMaps and it hurts me to leave a bad review on a local business.

My visit today was for a full panel exam of my teeth. I like how this practice does not make you wait for your appointment. They are prompt, efficient, and pleasant. I noticed the Dentist and his hygienist were humming the same tune. I’m so glad I found this practice and have now become one of their patients.
