This dental office is deceptive with it’s comfortable but no frills decor. They have only the most advanced tools and in house, same day treatment options I’ve ever seen. I like that they appear to invest in what’s important. Also the staff is really friendly and warm and accommodating. Plus they wrote off the cost of some specialty X-rays at my first visit that were not covered by my insurance. My next visit was for broken a tooth. They got me in right away and made a same day crown for me. If you don’t need the fancy decor found In many dental offices these days (Ido not), I think you’ll love this place.

Originally made appointments online and had no problems with the initial visit, however, everything went downhill after that. Husband needed deep cleaning done and a filling. A mistake was made where the wrong side of his mouth was numbed meaning the side he needed the filling on was going to have to wait. Then there were several scheduled appointments that were cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute. By the time he made it back in to have the other side of his mouth done, they cleaned up his tooth for the filling and realized the hole actually went all the way to the nerve and he was now going to need a root canal. Would he have needed a root canal if the filling was done at that first deep cleaning appointment or any of the follow up appointments that were cancelled? We'll never know, but because they didn't notice until after they cleaned up the tooth and made the whole bigger he now has mouth pain that he didn't have prior to the appointment. Then my follow up was canceled and rescheduled twice, the day before the appointment. After the last time I just didn't reschedule, we'll be finding another dentist that keeps their appointments and doesn't create more problems than they resolve.
