I purchased dentures from aspen dental, wilmar a few months ago. Since I have had them, they have broken twice. One of the front teeth broke off. I live more than an hour away. I had to take a half day off from work, drive to Wilmar and have been waiting 2 1/2 hours, so far. Will I be reimbursed any of the 2k I paid for these dentures? This has caused not just inconvenience but increased anxiety. When I spoke with the office manager about my frustrations with my dentures, she literally said "You get what you pay for..." I left before I said something I would regret. I hope the owner reaches out to me as I will put this place on blast

Worst dentist experience I've ever had. First the appointment was made for the wrong extraction. After new paper work was done and we have established a top right wisdom tooth was getting pulled. The lady preping start numbing my top front teeth. I sat up to question again which tooth they are planning to pull. Lady apologized then continued numbing the correct tooth. Dentist came in to give the shot for full numbing for the tooth extraction. I don't think even 3 minutes had passed before the dentist started pulling the tooth. Even after raising my hand multiple times to indicate I was in pain the dentist didn't stop until I was crying and hyperventilating. Another shot was given. Dentist let me know my tooth was half way out and he would be back after a little bit. Everyone left the room. Nurse came back in and said I needed to calm down and catch my breathe before finishing. Tooth took about 20 seconds to come out after dentist came back in. I have never been so scared to be in a dentist chair. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

They were able to get me in on short notice two different times. Anyone that's tried to get into a dentist quickly knows how difficult that is! Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

The whole staff made me feel so welcomed, explained the whole procedure effortlessly, and addressed all my questions and concerns.
I highly recommend everyone to this dental clinic! Aspen definitely has a gem with this staff!!!

My wife and I had appointments on the same day. It was our first time there. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us registered. The dentist and technicians explained the procedures carefully and asked us frequently if we had any other questions. The office manager was very helpful and friendly in making sure the insurance was set up and explained our payment options clearly. She also made sure our next appointments worked with our schedule. Waiting times were short.
